Private Dining For Your Special Occasion
We have several rooms available for special events that can accompany up to 120 guests. We offer spaces perfect for weddings, retirement parties, birthdays, baby showers, & more.

Basic Fees & General Policies
Deposit: Deposits must be paid when making reservation. They are applied towards the final bill on the day of the party.
Cancellation: If a cancellation request is received within 30 days to the scheduled event, half of the deposit will be kept by the restaurant and half will be returned to the host. If a cancellation request is received prior to 30 days from the scheduled event, the deposit will be returned to the host in full. If a cancellation request is received within two weeks of the scheduled event the deposit will be forfeited.

Projector Screen Rental - $50

Podium Rental - $30
Large podium for giving speeches, ceremonies, etc.
San Antonio Style Missions Fiesta Decor Rental - $300
Host the ultimate Fiesta with Mexican Fiesta party dƩcor! Celebrate your event decorated Fiesta-themed with beautiful uplifted San Antonio styled Missions, colorful and festive table liners. This fee includes the setup and breakdown of dƩcor. *Breakage fee applies
Privacy Fee: The privacy fee includes set up, break down, linen, and reasonable privacy for each room. The privacy fee does not count towards the food & beverage minimum.
Room Minimums: There must be a minimum purchase of food & beverages (excluding sales tax, gratuity, and privacy fees) met for every event space. The privacy fee does not count towards the food & beverage minimum.
Additional Information:
ā¢ Reservations are booked for 3 hours. Additional time can be arranged and charged at $250 per hour (events with 50 guests or less) and $500 per hour (events with 51 guests or more).
ā¢ All alcohol must be purchased through La Hacienda Scenic Loop per TABC regulations.
ā¢ Bands, DJs, or any form of live music must be approved in advance by management.
ā¢ Decorations: NO confetti, glitter, holes in the wall, or lit candles. Battery operated candles are allowed. If confetti or glitter is brought there will be a $500 clean-up fee. A wonderful room for more intimate gatherings, the San Miguel Room offers dining for up to 20 guests.

Amistad Room & Courtyard
Our largest private event space, The Amistad Room with Courtyard can hold up to 120 guests.

Privacy Fee: $500 Tues-Thurs / $600 Fri-Sun
Room Minimums: $2,000 food & beverage minimum

For more cozy affairs our Amistad Room can be partitioned off for up to 30 guests.

Partitioned With Courtyard Access
For smaller gatherings that still want to utilize patio access, our Amistad Room can be partitioned off for up to 50 guests.

Room Minimums: $1,500 food & beverage minimum
Cielo Room & Veranda
The Cielo Room is a perfect, tranquil setting for large rehearsal dinners, small wedding receptions, meetings, and conferences. Up to 85 Guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the scenic landscape from inside or on the balcony.

Privacy Fee: $650 Tues-Thurs / $750 Fri-Sun
Room Minimums: $2,500 food & beverage minimum
The Arbor Patio
The Arbor Patio offers flagstone patios, Live Oak trees and beautiful landscaping, which provides the perfect setting to celebrate any special event for up to 50 guests. Several nights a week, musicians perform on the outdoor stage.

Privacy Fee: $350 Tues-Fri
Room Minimum: $2,000 food & beverage minimum
The Bar At Scenic Loop
The Bar at Scenic Loop is a casual space for friends to visit while waiting for a table or to meet over an ice-cold beer or margarita.
The Band Patio & Cabana Area
The Cabana Bar is a great area for entertaining clients, throwing an employee appreciation party, or celebrating a milestone birthday. This venue is perfect for drinks and heavy Hors dā Oeuvres.
*Band Patio comes with the Cabana Area. However, there is an extra fee to open the private Cabana Bar.
